Affordable Housing: Bluff Lake Apartment Homes
Owned by Mercy Housing and designed by Denver-based KTGY Group, this 4-story affordable housing project consists of 92 units ranging in size from 402 to 1,261 square feet. The facility will include 36 one, 46 two and 10 three bedroom homes with 50% of the units dedicated to assisting families in transition. Located on 2.3 acres in Forest City’s master-planned Stapleton community, the project will occupy one of the region’s premiere master-planned neighborhoods. Amenities will include a community room, a 3,000 sq. ft. playground, a computer lab, landscaped courtyard areas and a 3,000 sq. ft. neighborhood community building. Valued at $9 million, the project began with preconstruction services and is scheduled to be completed in March 2012. Catamount’s multi-family project experience includes:
