Catamount completes Gold and Silver LEED® projects.
Catamount announces completion of the first large scale retail project in the country to achieve Silver LEED certification and the first McDonald's in the world to achieve Gold LEED status at Abercorn Common in Savannah, GA. The Silver LEED development consisted of 100,000sf of renovation and 80,000sf of new construction completed for Savannah developer, Melaver, Inc.

Catamount breaks ground on Design/Build Mercedes Benz Dealership in Atlanta, GA.
The project consists of a 750 car parking deck and 70,000 sf for showroom and sales areas. The project will be complete Fall 2006.

2005 Highlights - Atlanta, GA USA
Catamount Constructors, Inc., completed its eighth successful year with commercial construction revenues of $135,000,000. Revenues represented a modest increase from 2004, and the company is positioned for another year of significant growth, entering 2006 with its largest backlog of work since the company was formed in 1997. Catamount projects 2006 revenues will be in excess of $160,000,000 in retail, light industrial, automotive, faith-based and office construction delivered through its Denver and Atlanta offices.

Baptist Church in Griffin, GA. The Oak Hill project includes a 2,000 seat sanctuary, classrooms and additional
parking.

Catamount Summary of 2004
Catamount enjoyed another successful year completing approximately $135,000,000 in commercial construction.
This milestone represents a 56% growth rate from the previous year. The work consisted of retail, industrial,
commercial and religious facilities.

Construction is underway on this unique project which will submit for LEED Certification. The project consists of
major renovation to existing retail and the addition of a 100,000 SF lifestyle component.

Catamount is awarded Suncor Energy Project in Commerce City, CO.
Catamount was awarded the Suncor Energy project with TIC (The Industrial Company), the project consists of multiple buildings at the new Clean Fuel Project. TIC is the prime contractor and Catamount general contracts will work under TIC.
