With the demand for medical office space expected to increase as our country’s baby boomer population reaches retirement age, Catamount offers medical office building ( MOB) construction services through our offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Denver, Colorado.  Catamount was pleased to recently deliver the design-build of Southern Cancer Center in Daphne, Alabama, on time and under budget.  Our MOB experience includes new construction with sophisticated medical equipment installation.  And we are currently providing preconstruction services on MOB renovation / repositioning projects.  We look forward to expanding our MOB market services to include LEED certified projects in the near future.
