Our formal safety program was developed specifically for employees of Catamount, as their safety is considered to be the highest priority of company business. We are proud of the fact that safety has become a key component of our culture and has the full support and commitment of the Catamount management team to ensure we create a safe and positive work environment for each employee.

Our comprehensive program incorporates several specialized training programs into the overall Catamount safety program to meet or exceed OSHA requirements. Additionally we provide continuous safety training for all operations employees every six weeks, weekly jobsite safety meetings and daily/weekly safety inspections by Superintendents. And, to ensure we receive an objective assessment of our safety practices, we utilize third party safety inspectors to conduct random jobsite safety inspections every month.
