Jeff has 24 years experience in the construction industry and is typically involved with projects ranging from $2 to $68 million in value. As Denver Division President, he has successfully developed Catamount’s Denver office into a well respected commercial general contractor with a national project portfolio across a range of markets. In his current position, Jeff presides over the Denver Division business unit, managing operations and administrative activities associated with nationwide construction activity.

Kurt Kenchel
Principal / Vice President
As a Principal and Vice President, Kurt brings experience from a developer’s perspective, as well as 22 years of commercial construction experience. He has leveraged strong relationships with national retailers cultivated over many years, and is responsible for managing the majority of Catamount’s core national retail accounts. Kurt has successfully expanded the company’s annual revenues for major, high-profile retailers across the country.

Scott Reynolds
Principal / Atlanta Division President
Scott has an extensive 20 year-record of experience in the construction industry and is often involved with projects ranging from $500,000 to $60 million in value. Starting Catamount’s Atlanta office in 1999, he quickly established the company as a highly respected, go-to general contractor within the southeast region of the United States. In the past five years, Scott has firmly established Catamount’s strong reputation for building green with an impressive list of LEED certification projects. Scott presides over the Atlanta business unit, managing all operations and administrative activities associated with nationwide construction activity, bringing years of project management, business development and estimating experience to the Catamount team.
In January 2011, Scott assumed all operational activities associated with nationwide construction activity for Catamount’s new office in San Antonio, Texas. This new strategic location will allow Catamount to better serve its rapidly growing private clients in the retail, multi-family, industrial, faith-based, and commercial areas, as well as our growing government and military client base.

Tom Seaman
Principal / Denver Division Vice President of Operations
Tom has 24 years experience in the construction industry. His vast knowledge and expertise includes a wide variety of project types in both new construction and renovations. During his career, Tom has held positions that include Assistant Engineer, MEP Engineer, Superintendent, Senior Estimating Engineer, Preconstruction Manager, Project Executive and currently Principal / Vice President of Operations for Catamount’s Denver Division. Tom is a seasoned professional and has been a trusted and valued member of the Executive Team for the past eight years.

Jeff Sidwell
Principal / Vice President of Corporate Services
Jeff possesses 25 years experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for multiple project management functions for the Atlanta office, as well as Catamount’s impressive safety and procedures program. As Vice President of Corporate Services, Jeff has built the safety program into one of significant accomplishments, including a current EMR of 0.78, which is far superior to the national average. This rating is a testament to Jeff’s leadership and commitment to Catamount’s safety program, training regimen, and safety culture that has evolved over the past 13 years.

Geoff Wormer
Principal / Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Geoff oversees the company’s direction to ensure consistency across all strategic and business planning initiatives that have developed since the company was founded. He works closely with each business unit to support and insure operational and performance consistency throughout the organization. Geoff has lead Catamount from a start-up company in 1997 to an average construction volume of $170 million for five consecutive years.
